OPENMAIL is a Portuguese company specialized in delivery services of postcards for
international destinations.
OPENMAIL is enabled by the ANACOM license No. 1/2018-SP. as a provider of postal services in the international scope.
What you need to do to make your correspondence reach your destination with our Postal Service:
1 – Please drop your mail in the mailbox enabled by Openmail in the shop where you bought our “stamps”
2 – Your postcards will be collected by our staff to give send to final destination.
3 – There is no problem if, accidentally, you drop your mail in a CTT mailbox; there is a bilateral agreement between OPENMAIL and CTT companies to make sure your mail always reaches its destination.
4 – Please, don’t forget you must clearly indicate Name, Adress, Post Code, City and Country and we will take care of ensuring that it reaches its destination faster.
